Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonus abuse — including collusion, arbitrage, or multi-accounting — will result in bonus cancellation and possible permanent account suspension without prior notice.
Account Security

Responsible Gaming

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and juangames ("juangames," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the juangames online gaming platform at juangames.lat, including all games, features, payment services, promotions, and customer support made available thereon.
IMPORTANT: By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on juangames, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the juangames platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms are effective from the moment you complete registration on the juangames Platform. Registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 juangames reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published at juangames.lat/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amendments constitutes acceptance. Where changes are material, juangames will provide advance notice via registered email or platform notification where practicable.
2.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and engage in any real-money gaming activity on the juangames Platform. This is a mandatory legal requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. juangames will conduct age and identity verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the juangames Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, contact details, or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawal requests.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. juangames strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after registration. You must not share your password with any third party. juangames will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension without notice.
4.4 juangames reserves the right to require additional verification of Account information at any time, including but not limited to written confirmation of your residential address, employment status, or source of funds, as part of its compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
5.1 juangames is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC requires the submission of:

5.3 Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal capabilities suspended. Deposits made prior to KYC failure remain in the Wallet pending outcome of the KYC review process. juangames reserves the right to close any Account where KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
6.1 All Wallet balances and transactions on the juangames Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). juangames accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players may request their current deposit limits by contacting player support.
6.3 You warrant that all funds deposited into your juangames Wallet are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. juangames operates AML monitoring procedures and reserves the right to freeze Wallet funds and report suspicious deposit activity to appropriate Philippine authorities.
6.4 juangames does not credit or accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposit attempts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
7.1 Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification (see Section 5). Pending KYC, withdrawal requests will be queued and processed upon successful verification.
7.2 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours for GCash and Maya during standard operating hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily). Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank settle within one (1) banking day. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; juangames will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
7.3 Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. juangames reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the withdrawal destination payment account.
7.4 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Balance cleared of all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. juangames's wagering requirement calculator is available within the Account promotions section.
Note for Philippine Players: juangames does not apply withdrawal fees on standard GCash and Maya transactions. Third-party fees charged by your e-wallet or bank provider are outside juangames's control and are not reimbursed by juangames.
8.1 juangames offers bonuses and promotional offers at its sole discretion. All promotions are subject to individual terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods — which are published on the promotions page at the time of offer.
8.2 General bonus terms applicable to all juangames promotions unless otherwise specified:
8.3 juangames reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Cancellation of a promotion does not affect bonus funds already validly credited to a Player's Account prior to cancellation.
9.1 All game outcomes on the juangames Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game results are determined by physical game mechanics (cards, dice, roulette wheels) observed via live video stream.
9.2 juangames publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual gaming sessions.
9.3 In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live game session or slot spin after a bet has been placed but before a result is recorded, juangames will apply the following resolution procedure: (a) where the game outcome can be reconstructed, the original result will be applied; (b) where the outcome cannot be reconstructed, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.
9.4 juangames reserves the right to void any bet placed using a system error, incorrectly displayed odds, or software malfunction. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid, and staked amounts will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
9.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all game types. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game, table, and account tier. VIP accounts may negotiate custom limits with account management.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juangames Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate.
11.1 juangames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; suspected money laundering; regulatory compliance obligations; or account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months.
11.2 Upon Account closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms or fraud), juangames reserves the right to withhold the Wallet balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, the Wallet balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
11.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within standard withdrawal processing times, subject to completed KYC. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
11.4 Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee as published in the current fee schedule. juangames will provide 30 days' notice via registered email before applying any inactivity fee.
12.1 All content on the juangames Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interfaces, and proprietary game mechanics — is the intellectual property of juangames or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the juangames Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, or exploiting any Platform content for commercial purposes.
13.1 juangames collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at juangames.lat/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 juangames will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to game providers, payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
13.3 juangames complies with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in its handling of all Player personal data.
juangames is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Philippine players. The Platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion — all accessible without restriction from within Account settings.
14.1 Players who apply voluntary Self-Exclusion may not attempt to open new Accounts, circumvent their exclusion period, or access the Platform by any other means during the exclusion period. Any Account opened in breach of Self-Exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance may be withheld pending review.

15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juangames shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of data, profits, or business opportunity; (c) technical failures, interruptions, or downtime caused by third-party providers, telecommunications networks, or internet infrastructure outside juangames's reasonable control.
15.2 juangames's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the higher of (a) the net real-money balance held in the Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises, or (b) PHP 10,000.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit juangames's liability for (a) fraud or willful misconduct by juangames, or (b) death or personal injury caused by juangames's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.
16.1 juangames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published at juangames.lat/terms-conditions with the updated effective date clearly indicated.
16.2 Where amendments are material — affecting bet settlement, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility — juangames will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via email prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
16.3 If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange voluntary Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the juangames Platform shall be submitted first to juangames player support for internal resolution. juangames targets first-response acknowledgement within 24 hours and resolution within 10 business days for standard disputes.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority as provided by applicable law.
